Plus online preparation for Malta and the Netherlands, based on the official requirements and exams: Malta's Pre-Departure Course, required for every non-EU worker applying for a first Single Permit in Malta (hospitality and tourism roles also need the Skills Pass), and the Dutch civic integration exam abroad (Basisexamen Inburgering Buitenland), required in certain cases before moving to the Netherlands.

Ready before departure, settled on arrival.
All courses are online. Our own pre-departure courses (Europe, United Kingdom, Canada or USA) and customer service course for hospitality, plus English courses with an accredited American school, are optional extras that give candidates a stronger start. Some destinations also require a government exam before arrival. For Malta and the Netherlands, our preparation is based on the official requirements and exams.
Since 2026, every non-EU worker applying for a first Single Permit in Malta must pass the official Pre-Departure Course before the permit application. Our online preparation course, based on the official requirements and exam, gets candidates ready for the modules, assessments and final interview.
Candidates for hospitality and tourism jobs also need the Skills Pass, an additional sector-specific assessment.
The official course, test and certificate are delivered by the Maltese authorities. Lafaz provides preparation only.
In certain cases, people moving to the Netherlands must pass the civic integration exam abroad before they arrive. Our online preparation course, based on the official requirements and exam, gets candidates ready for it.
